Great for families or groups of friends wanting to enjoy a holiday on the water’s edge, the cottage is laid out over 2 floors with a double bedroom located downstairs along with a family bathroom and two twin bedrooms on the second floor with views across the harbour and additional shower room.

With a beautifully designed open plan living and kitchen area equipped with all mod cons, you can get together for meals in the spacious dining area or enjoy evening drinks and a BBQ on your own private south facing terrace area.

For those looking to explore the south coast of Cornwall, the beautiful location of Mylor Yacht Harbour is a great place to start. Mylor Harbour sits on the banks of the Fal River in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and boasts some of the best sailing waters in the UK.

Open all year there are a variety of things to do for all types of intrepid explorers. With coastal footpaths on your doorstep, watersports and boat charter facilities located in the harbour and the maritime town of Falmouth just a stone’s throw away, there is very little chance that you will run out of things to do.
