Further to my message last week, here is an update on what’s happening at Mylor Yacht Harbour regarding the Coronavirus situation. Most services are continuing to operate as normal although social distancing measures and sensible precautions are in place and are being rigidly adhered to. Part of this, in order to protect both customers and the Mylor Teams, is that we have closed the reception, marina offices and parts department to try to limit as best possible the risks associated with unnecessary face to face contact.
However, staff are on site and in the offices and are happy to help in whatever customers may need, but I’m sure you also understand the responsibility to take whatever sensible precautions are necessary to protect everyone where we can. Please call 01326 372121 or email enquiries@mylor.com if you need assistance or have a query. The more we can do now to help reduce the possibility of any transmission, the shorter this situation should last.
Fuel is currently still available and the water taxi service is operating but we are restricting passenger numbers and will only service one boat per trip.
Lastly, as current Government advice is to avoid all unnecessary travel, please contact us if you want us to check anything on your boat or if anything needs doing. We will be continuing all routine checks and keeping an eye on all things on site but if you need anything, please email or call and we will be happy to assist.
Let’s all try to keep out of harm’s way so we can get back to normal as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding in the current circumstances.
